This website is a collaboration between the Alliance for Substance Abuse Prevention, Trumbull Student Assistance Consortium, local business professionals, and the students of Howland High School Multimedia. Together we are promoting this project to assist parents, teachers and kids of all ages in learning about substance abuse and how it can be prevented.
