This team collaborated with the State Highway Patrol as well as several other legal officials to create a nine minute video promoting "Buckle Up for a Successful Season." Starting as a thirty second PSA, the idea to create a promotional video came to life. This video entitled, "One Moment," depicts the life of a high school student and the choice she made not to wear her seatbelt. Included in this video is an interview with a student who actually was involved in a situation where he and his friends made the choice to drink and drive.
