Class Assignments
School personnel devote much time and give much thought to the best placement for each pupil. Many factors must be taken into consideration and assignments are based on the individual’s needs as well as the needs of other children.
Some of the criteria used for class assignment are as follows:
- ability and performance
- social and emotional development
- learning disabilities
- personalities of pupils and teachers
With the numerous factors involved, it is apparent why parental requests for specific assignments are not
feasible. Parents with questions regarding placement should contact the principal.
