April 28 thru May 2 - Achievement Tests will be given. Attendance is very important during our weeks of testing. May 6 - Our 4th grade students will go outside to clean up around the school building. May 8 - KRY is a safety program (Kick, Run and Yell) put on by the Howland Police Department for students in the 3rd grade. May 9 - Interims will be sent home. May 12 - IEP Conferences will be held. 4th grade field trip to the Akron Zoo (9:30 A.M. - 4:40 P.M.) May 13 - Volunteer Luncheon will be held - 11:30 A.M. - 12:30 P.M. May 14 - NO SCHOOL May 15 - Our 3rd grade students will be going on a field trip to the Cleveland Zoo (9:30 A.M. - 4:30 P.M.) 5th grade students will visit the Middle School. May 16 - Band dress rehearsal 2:20 - 3:15 P.M. May 19 - Our 5th grade students will be going on field trip to Putt Putt Golf and the Howland Township Park. May 21 - North Road students will perform at 2:45 P.M. May 22 - The 5th grade family living program will be held with Mrs. Bokros. She will discuss the physical and emotional changes during puberty. May 23 - The AAA will be at North Road School to discuss bicycle safety will all grades at 2:45 P.M. May 26 - Memorial Day - NO SCHOOL May 28 - North Road Talent Show at 2:00 P.M. Howland Springs students will be brought over for orientation at 9:45 P.M. May 29 - Honors Assembly 2:00 P.M. in the gym. May 30 - 5th Grade Field Trip to Swings-N-Things from 9:30 A.M. - 5:30 P.M.
