H.C. Mines Elementary School was one of only 15 area schools to be selected to receive a pallet of school supplies on behalf of the “School Supplies Fund” of the Anthony V. Spano Foundation. The Anthony V. Spano Foundation recently delivered the organizational items, pens, pencils, notebooks and art supplies to the elementary school, which will be used by third and fourth grade students.
“We are so grateful to the Anthony V. Spano Foundation for all the great supplies! All of the teachers will put the supplies to good use for the students at H.C. Mines,” said H.C. Mines principal Jennifer Stephenson.
