International Cultural Exchange Services (ICES) is the latest organization to join Howland High School’s Community Partnership Program.  ICES is an international nonprofit student academic and exchange organization dedicated to promoting a peaceful world by increasing international awareness and cultural understanding.

Through the partnership, the local field manager for ICES will have the opportunity to connect with Howland High School families and educate them on ICES Inbound and Outbound Foreign Exchange Programs. ICES has been providing quality and affordable student academic and exchange programs for international and American students for over three decades.

“I wanted to partner with Howland High School not only to provide community awareness of our cultural exchange programs, but to also give back to the high school, which has supported our program,” said ICES Field Manager Debbie VanWinkle.
