Kindergarten Registration 2021-2022 School Year

Requirements:

• Open to Howland residents only
• Children must be 5 years old on or before August 1, 2021

This will be a no-contact enrollment process.   Click the link below to start the kindergarten registration process for the 2021-2022 school year.  After completing the online form, you will receive a packet in the mail.  It will contain all of the form you need to register your student for kindergarten, along with instruction on how to complete the process.  Please follow the directions carefully to ensure a complete enrollment.

ENROLLMENT REQUIREMENTS
**Only the custodial parent/guardian may enroll a child into school**

The following are items needed for registration:

(Note: This list is intended to give you an idea of what will be needed once you receive your packet. Please see the detailed list inside the packet for further clarification.)

• Custodial Parent’s Driver’s License or State ID Card
• Child’s Certified Birth Certificate
• Child’s Social Security Card
• Child’s Immunization Record
• Custody Papers/Divorce Decree with court stamp and all signatures (if applicable)
• Proof of Residency - 2 forms (see below)
  • Homeowner
    1.  Mortgage statement, property tax bill or homeowner’s insurance cover letter
    AND
    2. Current utility bill- gas, water or electric
  • Renter
    1. Current dated signed lease
    AND
    2. Current utility bill- gas, water or electric
