tiger strong

Howland High School currently has two staff members who are courageously battling cancer, Ann Churman & Gina Camelli-Vacha. Pep Club is sponsoring a t-shirt sale in honor of them and their dedication to Howland. All proceeds will benefit Ann, Gina and their families as they navigate this difficult time.

Ann Churman has been an icon here at HHS for more than 40 years.  If you need anything answered, copiers fixed, supplies, purchase orders, test answer sheets, envelopes she is the person to see.  She currently is the principal's secretary, she makes sure seniors' names are currently printed on their diplomas along  with the assembly of the diplomas. She is the master of coordinating graduation ceremonies along with other events.  She is kind, caring and dedicated to the staff and students at HHS.

Gina Camelli-Vacha has been a resident of Howland for most of her life. Over the past 20+ years she has worked in the Howland school district as both a teacher, as well as an administrator. She has dedicated her career to helping both the students in her classes as well as the children of the community.  She founded the Paw Pantry at Howland HIgh School,  which supplies students with essentials, such as clothes, food, and hygiene products, all free of charge.  She is kind, loving, and selfless. Gina is married to Michael Vacha and they have 4 children: Alexis Terlecky, Michael, Alex, and Sam Vacha.

The shirts are $15 each; please use the form linked here to place an order: https://forms.gle/sr55TAP5uwM5...
