Planning on joining he Military? Here are some basics you should plan for, but keep in mind each branch has different requirements:

• I will be 18, or will have parent consent f I’m only 17

• I will have my high school diploma to complete enlistment

• I will be able to pass the physical fitness requirements

• My record is clear (no felony)

• I’ve taken the ASVAB

• I’ve contacted a recruiter
