Students from Howland High School’s FCCLA recently wrapped up their Pen Pal Project with students at Howland Glen.
Throughout the school year, high school students exchanged letters with elementary students to build friendships and encourage a love of writing.
The students recently met in person for the first time to share conversations, activities, and the excitement of finally meeting their pen pals face-to-face.
The project helped students strengthen communication skills while building meaningful connections across grade levels.
