Recognition goes out to all of the Howland High School band students who participated in the Ohio Music Education Association District 5 Solo and Ensemble Adjudicated Event, which was held at Warren G. Harding High School; Saturday, January 20, 2024. It was a very successful day with 33 superior ratings and 14 excellent ratings overall.
