Event Safety and Security Procedures
In partnership with the Howland Township Police Department, the Howland Local School District is taking proactive measures to enhance safety and security for all spectators and participants attending school athletic and activity events. After reviewing safety protocols used at professional and collegiate venues, the district recognizes the importance of strengthening our own procedures to ensure a safe, family-friendly environment. There is no known or current threat — these updates are strictly proactive and designed to maintain the highest level of safety at our events.
