Nick Santucci

Howland alumnus and current president of the Howland Alumni Association Nick Santucci has joined the Howland High School’s Community Partnership Program.

Santucci currently works as the Director of Government Affairs and Workforce Development at the Educational Service Center of Eastern Ohio. In this role, he is responsible for advocacy efforts and collaborating and supporting the various educational departments at the ESC. Santucci actively works with the state & federal government to ensure our region’s educational voice is heard in Columbus. Prior to joining the Educational Service Center of Eastern Ohio, Santucci was the Director of Government & Public Affairs at the Youngstown/Warren Regional Chamber.

“I was lucky enough to attend Howland Schools growing up.  So, giving back to the students is a no-brainer for me. These kids are the future of our community and the workforce of tomorrow.  So, whatever resources we can provide in order to support them in their career pathway then I'm all in,” said Nick Santucci.

Through the partnership, Santucci will have the opportunity to connect with students in Howland High School’s students in AP Government courses, as well as with the high school’s student services specialist to learn more about the College Career Readiness Programs at the high school.  Santucci will also have the opportunity to connect with the district’s graduating seniors to build the Howland alumni database to remain in touch for future alumni events.
