Howland students Elizabeth Davis and Tien Au recently participated in a Civil Engineering Shadow Day at ms Consultants. During the visit, they met with staff across multiple departments and learned about internship opportunities, college coursework, and the transition from college to a career in engineering.
Students were also introduced to local projects completed by the company, providing real-world context to their learning. The day included a lunch and question-and-answer session, where staff shared practical advice about engineering careers and the interview process.
