Students in Mrs. Graf's Culinary Fundamentals classes recently welcomed Mijavec's Catering and Concessions for a work-based learning experience. Students learned about catering operations, food preparation, customer service, and career opportunities within the culinary and hospitality industries. The visit provided valuable real-world insight while connecting classroom learning to future career paths.
