The Howland High School Speech and Debate Team has been recognized by the National Speech & Debate Association (NSDA) for the 2025–2026 school year, earning a place in the association’s prestigious 100 Club.
The Howland Speech and Debate program has been a member of the 100 Club for several years, reflecting its continued participation and commitment to speech and debate.
The recognition also highlights the impact of advisor Thom Williams, who helps students develop essential life skills through speech and debate, including communication, research, listening, writing and organization.
