Howland Jr. High students were recently recognized for their outstanding performance on state tests.
Mr. Kosek recognized the students for scores that were far above the expected level and applauded them for their hard work and achievement.
In 7th-grade math, Joey Kaszowski, Logan Nicholas, Chase Greathouse and Luke Wilson each earned a score of 806.
In 7th-grade ELA, Riley Colson earned an 833. Riley scored 76 points above the cut score, a significant accomplishment.
In 8th-grade ELA, Ava Eastman and Lucy Shaffer each earned a score of 805.
