Howland Intermediate School students participate in Ohio Code Scholar, with Kenley and Ryeliegh working on Arduino wiring and audio while classmates develop ideas for 3D designs.

Ohio Code Scholar is underway at Howland Intermediate School, where students are developing skills in coding, electronics and 3D design.

Kenley and Ryeliegh are working on wiring and audio components with an Arduino, a programmable electronics platform. Other students are using templates to illustrate their ideas for 3D designs.

The activities give students opportunities to develop ideas, work with technology and explore the design process through hands-on learning.
