Howland High School students from Mr. Borawiec’s CBI Class and Mrs. Lipkovich’s class joined forces with Petty Officer Christian Cogar of the U.S. Navy to make the holidays brighter for children in need. Together, they shopped at the Eastwood Mall for the Salvation Army's Angel Tree program, selecting thoughtful gifts for local kids. For over 15 years, Mr. Borawiec's students have participated in this annual tradition. Students in the CBI work program went above and beyond this year, donating full day’s wages – and in some cases more – to purchase gifts for local children, Special thanks to Mr. Borawiec, Mrs. Lipkovich and Petty Officer Cogar for making a differences. 👏 🎁✨ #HowlandPride #HolidayGiving #AngelTree #CommunityKindness

As we hit the midway point of the 1st nine weeks, our FCCLA (Family, Career and Community Leaders of America) members came together to spread some positivity! Co-president Alana Olszewski led the way by creating autumn-themed tags with the slogan "Don't Fall Behind." Each tag included a personal message from our FCCLA members, along with a sweet treat! We're excited to share our new electronic annual report calendar with you! Starting this school year, the calendar will no longer be shared in hardcopy form. Instead, we will be sending out a minimum of three printed newsletters per school year to keep you updated on the latest events and happenings in our schools. Click here to view the 24-25 calendar: https://5il.co/2t22i You can download the calendar and print it from home at your convenience. The best part of moving to an electronic format is that we can update the calendar throughout the year, ensuring it remains accurate and up-to-date for your quick access from the app or website. We look forward to the start of a new school year!
