We are aware of Governor Dewine's announcement placing Trumbull County under a red designation. This designation DOES NOT change Howland Local School District's return plan under the hybrid model. We will continue to provide updates as we receive them, but as of now, this red designation DOES NOT impact our district's reopening plans.

We have had several families ask us the same question regarding enrollment into the hybrid learning model. So, we would like to clarify!
If you choose to send your child back to school under the HYBRID learning model, you DO NOT need to fill out a form indicating that choice.
ALL students are assumed to be attending under the hybrid learning model UNLESS they complete the full-time online remote learning survey. The deadline to complete the survey, indicating you are interested in the full-time online remote learning option, is Friday, August 7, 2020.
Once the survey closes, the district will send an important, detailed email to all of families who completed the survey. Families will then have until 11:59 p.m. on Monday, August 10, 2020, to make their final decision regarding full-time online remote learning.
